How Do I Place An Order?

It is simple...

Have a look through our fabulous collection, choosing the piece/pieces that create your statement & add it to your cart.

Payment and Shipping

Payment on our website is made through PayPal or Stripe.

PayPal is a safe and secure payment method, requiring only an email address and credit/debit card.

You are not required to have a PayPal account but it is much quicker, for future use if you do.

You can also pay securely with a debit or credit card using Stripe.

All orders will be shipped within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated.

We use An Post delivery service in Ireland and Internationally. Should you wish your items to be insured, you should request the An Post Registered Post service.

P&P is charged at a rate of €4.95 to Ireland & the UK & €5.95 to anywhere else (Standard Shipping). When spending over €80, shipping is free.

A discount is also available on Registered Postage when spending over €80.

Returns & Refunds

Your order will be eligible for refund, or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned within 7 days of receipt & in the same salable condition as purchased and in it's original packaging. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment only.

However, PLEASE NOTE that items purchased in the Clearance Sale are not subject to exchange or refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days also, subject to stock availability.

If you are looking to exchange your item, we recommend that you email info@thejewelgenie.ie to check stock availability.

Items Returned Due to Fault or Error.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part, Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will refund the price paid for the goods, the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

On the day of receiving your order you must notify us by emailing us at info@thejewelgenie.ie & the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

By using this or any other website you are providing us with personal information which may include your name, email address or other contact details.

We will not share your personal information with other parties.

However, we may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional

materials and other information.
